- Until recently I lived in suburban Canberra with husband Tim and dog Ladybug. Then we all moved to regional Victoria. Just months ago I realised my dream of getting a nice, new, spacious kitchen with room for everything. Gone is my 900mm freestanding stove with gas cooktop. I'm back to a small, older kitchen with a a 600mm electric stove and limited storage space. I'm counting on the challenges of this kitchen to spur my creativity. Most of my recipes are still gluten or wheat free, but you'll never know the difference...
